New Pro Version changes. NEW Dumbbell Exercises !!! Jeff decided to kick it up a notch, the updated shuffle logic incorporates revised settings that will definitely increase the intensity and will keep the level of effort consistent with the effort level selected during a shuffle. No Equipment exercises are now called Body Weight exercises. Minor updates to some screens. Note: Android versions < 5 will receive install old version of app that does not include recent updates.
