Apple 5 New Features Introduced During Spring Loaded

The first keynote of the year from Apple has its share of new features. Here is a summary of the new products announced by the Cupertino Company.
Apple's latest keynote, Spring Loaded, wrapped up last night. During a new virtual event, the apple company announced several new products, notably concerning the iPad Pro, iMac, Apple TV ranges, but also the launch of Air Tags, to follow everyday objects, and a latest iPhone 12 ... mauve! As for iOS 14.5, which was expected to be announced at the event, its release is scheduled for next week.
Here are the five big announcements from Apple during this event.

A new purple iPhone 12

Apple has announced a new color for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini: purple. The patterns do not change inside, they will just be purple. The new color will be available on April 30, and for pre-order from April 23.
Apple Podcasts got an update, with a new interface that makes it easier to find and share podcasts. Podcast subscription is also launched, allowing app users to subscribe and pay for their favorite shows. This service will be launched in May in 170 countries.
Apple also announced new features for the Apple Card available in the United States.

Apple Air Tags for 35 Euros

That's it, its official, and Air Tags are finally available. They can be personalized and linked to almost anything. You can track the "tag" with the "Locate" app. The iPhone will find the lost object even more precisely thanks to the "Precise location" function.
Your iPhone will guide you, with visual, audio and hepatic means, to the lost Air Tag.
Air Tags cost 35 Euros each, but you can also buy them by 4, for the price of 119 Euros. They'll be accessible from April 30, with pre-orders opening April 23.
A new Apple TV 4K, with an A12 Bionic processor and a new remote control
After a preview of the second season of the popular Ted Lasso series, which will be available from July 23, Apple has announced the new Apple TV 4K with an A12 Bionic processor.
The new Apple TV will play HDR content. Airplay will also support High Frame Rate HDR to watch your iPhone 12 videos recorded in Dolby Vision HDR.
Also new is a cool feature that uses your iPhone's camera to improve picture quality: the camera analyzes the color balance of your TV, then sends that data to the new Apple TV. . In turn, you should see improved picture quality and colors without having to adjust the TV yourself.
Most importantly, the Apple TV remote control has a whole new design ... finally! It features a circle - reminiscent of the iPod's - that allows you to flow through a video, a power button to turn the TV on and off, and the Siri button, which is now on the side.
Pre-orders begin April 30, and the new Apple TV will be available in the second half of May, starting at $ 199 for the 32GB model.

A new iMac with Apple Silicon and new colors

Apple has updated its iMac lineup with the biggest overhaul the all-in-one desktop has seen in years. Not only is the exterior of the new iMac different, with seven new colors, but the interior now features an Apple Silicon processor, the M1.
The new iMac comes in a new size, a 24-inch Retina 4.5K display. Internally, the design has been changed to reduce the size of the fans and make them quieter.
The Face Time camera now records at 1080p, improving the overall performance of the camera increasingly used for countless Zoom video conferences. There is also a matrix of three microphones, which makes it easier for the other party to hear you and block out any background noise.
Apple touts the camera and mic as the best the company has ever put into a Mac. The speakers are also updated, with sound enhanced by a six-speaker system that brings spatial sound to the Mac for the first time. This feature was only available in Air Pods so far, and we were eagerly awaiting it to make its way to other products.
Multiple ports on the back allow you to connect your accessories, but the iMac's most notable change is the magnetic power connector which uses a hub to provide an Ethernet connection.
Apple also announced a new Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, a first, which will ship with the iMac. This is the first time that Touch ID will be available on a Mac outside of the MacBook line.
The new iMac will be available for pre-order from April 30, and will ship in the second half of May. In terms of price, we start at 1,449 Euros for the four main colors and 1,669 Euros for models offering additional colors and features.

A new iPad Pro equipped with Apple Silicon too

Apple released new iPad Pro models as recently as last year, with the 2020 model of the top-of-the-line tablet. This year, Apple is refreshing both the 12.9-inch and the 11-inch iPad Pro.
The update adds to the iPad Pro the same M1 processor that Apple uses in its Mac lineup. This is the first time that an iPad has shared the same processor as a Mac. The M1 processor in the new iPad Pro is 50% faster than that of the iPad Pro of 2020. That's a huge leap in performance year over year. Graphics performance sees its own 40% increase over last year's iPad Pro.
A new 2TB setup will be launched, allowing you to store up to 60,000 RAW photos on your iPad Pro - if that's your passion.
The USB-C port has Thunderbolt 4 support, giving it four times the bandwidth. External storage and better hold for external monitors will advantage from the new Thunderbolt port.
The iPad Pro will also now have a 5G cellular connection for those who want to sustain their investment, including support for mmWave for faster 5G networks, for the United States.
The iPad Pro cameras are also updated, with improvements to the LiDar scanner for AR applications, and battery-powered image processing thanks to the M1 processor.
The front camera hasn't been moved, but it does have a new ultra-wide camera that Apple calls "Center Frame." When you are on a video call, the camera zooms in and out on the subject and follows you around the room.
The screen of the iPad Pro is also renewed, with a mini LED screen, named "Liquid Retina XDR". The new display has a brightness of 1,000 units, with 1,600 units of peak brightness, and a color contrast ratio of 1,000,000: 1.
The 11-inch iPad Pro will be available from 899 euros. The 12.9-inch model with the new mini LED screen will start at 1,219 Euros. Pre-orders open April 30, for shipments beginning in the second half of May.
