الحاجة كانت هي شرارة الفكرة، والصعوبات التي تواجه العرب من مقيمي وسائحي دول العالم في الوصول إلى مقدمي الخدمات المختلفة من الناطقين باللغة العربية في هذه الدول من ( أطباء، محامين، تجار، حرفيين، مطاعم، أسواق ، وغير ذلك) كانت هي الدافع وراء البدء في مشروع عرب بازار الذي جاء نتيجة تفكير طويل في حلول عصرية للمشكلة ،بجهود شبابية أوجدت الفكرة، عملت على بلورتها، وآمنت بمسؤولية الشباب في التغيير الإجتماعي والتطوير الخدمي.
