Why do I have to prove the display of my building permit or prior declaration?
Once you have obtained permission from the town hall, you will not be able to start your work right away. In fact, your project is subject to the \recourse of third parties\, that is to say, the right of your neighbors to oppose the project. This right of recourse is exercised for a period of two months from the first day of posting of a regulatory sign on your land.
In order to be able to start your work serenely, use the Attestis application to have proof of the display of your panel and to be certain that no appeal will be admissible beyond the period of 2 months.
