How does the app work?
- You can register your rides automatically and manually
- The app calculates your net expense allowance for one-day or multi-day rides.
- You can add up the amounts so that you can check the total amount with the expense allowance on your pay slip.
- From the app you can export the result to Excel and/or PDF. This can be done per month or 4 weeks, with specifications per trip.
- You can send the result to yourself or someone else by email
Does the amount on your payslip not match the amount from the app? Then enlist our help. Contact us via the app for advice and have your hours checked. Your calculation will be sent automatically.
The regulations
Your expense allowance is based on what has been agreed in the collective labor agreement. However, the tax authorities also had a hand in the amount of the compensation, because this is a net compensation on which no tax is paid.
The allowance must be paid for all hours absent from the work location. However, the tax authorities prohibit the payment of a net compensation if the absence has lasted less than 4 hours.
The amount of the reimbursement per hour depends on whether you make a one-day (less than 24 hours) or multi-day trip (24 hours or more).
In addition, your reimbursement for a multi-day ride is always calculated over a day or part thereof, the day of departure, intermediate days and the day of return.
Why do I have to register?
In order to synchronize your calculations between multiple devices, we need to store them on our server. To be able to access your data on that server, you must be able to log in and therefore you must first register.
