It is an application for the interaction of the Municipality of Racale with citizens to promote digital culture using digital tools and offer services to the community. The Municipality of Racale will be able to communicate directly and immediately with citizens and inform users with news and events in a simple and fast way on news regarding the municipality. It will be possible to notify, directly from the screen of your smartphone, citizens about ordinances or emergencies or any other communication in a more widespread way than a simple paper poster. In the App there are sections dedicated to the governing body, waste management, tourism, traders, civil protection and weather alert ... other new features can be activated as well as the existing ones can be deactivated. Promote the events in your area: Communicate the events and events that take place in the area throughout the year, especially during the holiday seasons, by sponsoring the event on social networks. One of the good practices of the Public Administration is the promotion of the resources present in the area concerned: events, meetings, conferences, training and debates. Waste Management, Calendar and Collection: an excellent section to remember the collection days for separate collection, it is a very simple section but really very useful. It will help the citizen to respect the separate collection of waste, remembering the days of the various collections based on the type of waste. Other calendars will remember the days of disinfection, pest control and rodent control. Civil Protection Services and Weather Alert: The bulletins and alert messages published daily on the Civil Protection portals can be included via RSS and can therefore be integrated into COMUNICAPP. The following may be published: Regional Criticality Bulletin for hydrogeological and hydraulic risk, issued daily by the regional decentralized functional center; National Meteorological Surveillance Bulletin, issued daily by the Central Functional Center of the Civil Protection Department; Alert messages possibly issued and published by the regional Civil Protection Service; Warnings and Alert Messages to the population that may be issued by the municipal Civil Protection Service. The Citizen, sentinel of the territory: The application plans to collect reports from citizens (… on the street), thus representing a key tool in the new participation process.
