In just a few steps, you will be guided very easily through the app. With the help of your information and photos of the damage, an independent expert will create a cost estimate. You will usually receive our offer within two hours during our service hours.

The app works so easily:
After installing the app, you will be logged in. For this, you need the damage number, the license plate number of your vehicle, and the current mileage. If you do not have the claim number, please call us on 089/5121-5404.
Then open the app and take photos of the damaged vehicle and the vehicle registration document (front and back) and upload them via the app. The photos are forwarded directly to us via the \Send\ button.
An independent expert examines the damage and prepares a cost estimate. During our service hours, you will usually receive our offer via the app within two hours.
You can reply to this offer directly in the app using the appropriate buttons so that we can carry out further processing.
