Aliens é um jogo shoot em'up (de nave), que se passa num futuro próximo, onde conta a história do Dr. Ferdinand Stein, que foi preso no manicômio por achar que as previsões dele (de que os alienígenas iriam atacar) estariam erradas.
Todavia, cientista estava certo e alguns dias depois eles invadiram a Terra. com o ataque acontecendo, um dos alienígenas acabou parando no manicômio e, sem querer, liberou o Stein. Desesperado, ele fugiu do local e foi para o seu esconderijo secreto onde contém alguns veículos especiais (Nave, Carro e Moto) que ele fez para aquele tipo de situação que o globo inteiro estava sofrendo.
Os aliens vivem num Planeta chamado Planeta Loo, que fica em outro sistema estelar (Mas ainda na Via Láctea), contudo conseguiram chegar a Terra com um portal que eles criaram. O objetivo do ataque é por causa que a humanidade está poluindo o espaço e, como consequência, prejudicando outros planetas.
Então para o Ferdinand precisa sair do Planeta natal, viajar até o espaço para alcançar o
portal e , finalmente, ir ao Planeta Loo para tentar fazer um acordo de paz entre eles.
Será que eles vão aceitar a proposta do Doutor?

Cabe ao jogador escolher qual veículo combina com você, já que cada um tem suas vantagens e
desvantagens:

Nave (Velocidade = Força)
Carro (Velocidade < Força)
Moto (Velocidade > Força)

Escolha o Nível de dificuldade:

Fácil (Inimigos morrem com apenas 1 tiro e vidas)
Normal (Inimigos com vidas e danos diferentes e vidas)
Difícil (Inimigos com vidas e danos diferentes e sem nenhuma vida nas fases)

Double Shoot (Atira 2 Raios) Doc Vs. Aliens is a shoot em'up game, set in the near future, where he tells the story of Dr. Ferdinand Stein, who was arrested in the asylum for believing that his predictions (that the aliens would attack) would be wrong.

The aliens live on a planet called Planet Loo, which lies in another star system (but still in the Milky Way), yet they managed to reach Earth with a portal they had created. The purpose of the attack is because humanity is polluting space and, as a consequence, damaging other planets.
So for Ferdinand needs to leave the home planet, travel into space to reach the
portal and finally go to Planet Loo to try to make a peace agreement between them.
