Edward allows you to ask questions and make requests in your own natural language.

If Edward is not able to help, he knows who, at your hotel, can help you and asks them to get back to you. Not only that, Edward keeps monitoring whether they have got back to you in a timely manner and if necessary escalates your request all the way up to the general manager.
