ElMasna3 is a base building game where you have a factory that needs machines and workers to grow. The more workers, the more the profit. You have to take care of your workers' happiness and health to gain the best results.
New workers come to your factory every hour (Day in-game) and you can choose who to hire, you can customize them and assign them to machines or give them breaks.
This game was made in association with GIZ (giz.de) and ITI (Information Technology Institute) targeted at blue collar workers in factories aiming to put them in the shoes of the manager so they can learn to take care of their health and happiness to give the best results at work. Also, it is targeted at factory managers, showing them that happy and healthy workers are more effective and provide a healthy environment for work.
