PASAL 39 : AYAT 1 : Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan dan keberlangsungan hidup organisasi, Ormas berbadan hukum dapat mendirikan Badan Usaha.
HIPO Internasional telah mendirikan sebuah perusahaan sebagai holding bisnis yaitu PT. Hipo Bisnis Manajemen (HBM) dan PT. Industri Terpadu Karya Indonesia (ITKI).

Pendaftaran Anggota
Membayar iuran Anggota
Rp. 150.000 / Tahun.
Syarat penerimaan anggota bersifat selektif dan tidak ada unsur pemaksaan (sukarela)

Manfaat Menjadi Anggota
1. Berhak mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Manajerial Bisnis dan Keuangan serta Digital Marketing untuk peningkatan kualitas SDM setiap anggota Organisasi.
2. Berhak mengikuti program inkubator UKM Naik Kelas sehingga Anggota mendapatkan pendampingan langsung untuk membesarkan Badan Usaha.
3. Berhak mengikuti program pelatihan khusus untuk ekspor.
4. Berhak mendapat pendampingan bantuan hukum.
5. Berhak mendapat hak akses usaha yang disediakan oleh Badan Usaha yang dibangun Organisasi HIPO Internasional .
6. Berhak melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi atau promosi secara gratis pada platform digital yang disediakan Organisasi HIPO Internasional.
7. Berhak mendapat program Subsidi kebutuhan pokok dari Organisasi HIPO Internasional. HIPO is an acronym for the International Online Entrepreneurs Association, which is a legal-based social organization oriented to education, training, capacity building and mentoring of SMEs / IKM players to improve quality and competitiveness, both at home and abroad.

ARTICLE 39: ARTICLE 1: In order to meet the needs and survival of the organization, a legal entity CSO may establish a Business Entity.
HIPO Internasional has established a company as a business holding company, PT. Hipo Bisnis Management (HBM) and PT. Indonesian Karya Integrated Industry (ITKI).

Conditions of acceptance of members are selective and there is no element of coercion (voluntary)

1. Entitled to participate in Business and Financial Managerial Education and Training and Digital Marketing to improve the quality of HR for each member of the Organization.
