The Lucky Mobile My Account app is available to all Lucky Mobile customers.
This application allows you to manage your Lucky Mobile services directly on your phone. It works on the Lucky Mobile network and on any Wi-Fi network. Using the app does not require data - however, the initial download of the app requires mobile data or a connection to a WiFi network.
Here's what you can do with the app:
• Easily access your services - if you are on the Lucky Mobile network, no username or password will be required.
• Sign up for automatic top-up
• Top-up your account with a credit card, Visa Debit card, or top-up card
• View your usage
• Manage your options 
• Check your balance and view your payment history
• Reset your password for your voicemail

What you will need to be able to enjoy the application:
• Be a Lucky Mobile customer
• Have a device with an Android 6.0 operating system or higher
