How it works:
Step 1 - Download the app and complete our health checker. This tells us a little more about you and helps us design your program.
Step 2 - Sync your wearable technology so we can start tracking progress.
Step 3 - Schedule an initial assessment with a registered healthcare professional to discuss your goals and tailor your plan to exactly what you need across nutrition, emotional well-being, and fitness. Every week you’ll have access to personalized exercises, know-how articles, information, and whatever it takes to keep you improving.
Step 4 - We check in every week by phone, video call or message to see how you’re doing and adjust your program. You can still message us via the app in between though - we’d love to hear from you!
Step 5 - Manage your goals and symptoms through our tracking functions.
