If you can't get the presidency, you can have a minister, negotiate with other parties to get a great deal.
Also, each minister must fit the expenses to the budget and try to keep the country on the right way.
Parliament Tycoon includes this countries with real parties, but in free version you can only play with Germany, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom.
