With Topdanmark Sundhedshjælp - provided by Teladoc Health International SAU - you get easy and quick access to a doctor, regardless of whether it is in the evening, at the weekend, or if you are abroad. It can be an advantage if you have a busy everyday life, or if you might have difficulty getting to your own doctor.

WHO CAN USE HEALTH CARE?
Sundhedshjælp is a free benefit for you who have collected your insurance policies with Topdanmark.
THE LITTLE THING
• Health Aid is a benefit that Topdanmark offers selected customers
• If you no longer meet the requirement to be able to use Health Aid, you lose access to Health Aid from the date you no longer meet the requirement. This also applies to the other people in your household.
• Health assistance applies as long as Topdanmark wants to offer the benefit. Topdanmark is entitled to stop offering the benefit at any time - even if you are taking a course through Teladoc.
• All services that you get access to through the app are provided by Teladoc's doctors and healthcare staff in Denmark
• Topdanmark is not responsible for the advice and treatment you receive from Teladoc's doctors and healthcare staff
• Teladoc Health International SAU is the independent data controller for processing your personal data, and Topdanmark does not get access to your personal data and health data in the app or from Teladoc in general
• Sundhedshjælp is not a substitute for your own doctor
• When you create your account in Sundhedshjælp- app, you will be asked to accept Teladoc's own terms of service as well as their privacy policy
