Making sweet and sour chicken will be really super in this cooking game. You’ll cook just like a real chef as you follow the recipe to cook sweet and sour chicken.
STEP 1 - In a bowl first you have to combine the chicken and cornstarch. Stir to coat the chicken evenly. Let sit for few minutes at room temperature.
STEP 2 - Fry the mixed chicken
STEP 3 - Heat a large frying pan, then cook the green pepper, onion, pineapple chunks, vinegar, sugar, ketchup and sesame oil, then mix all the ingredients. Turn the heat to high and when the sauce is simmering, add the chicken pieces back in. Let simmer for few minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Taste the sauce and add more sugar if you’d like.
STEP 4 – Decorate your favorite sweet and sour chicken like fruits, vegetables, coriander leaves, lemon and many more decorative items!!
