7. On a Customer place order, restaurant accept restaurant has to accept or decline within 2 mins else order automatically decline
8. on the restaurant accepted the order, it assign to multiple delivery boys (nearby)
9. Within 2 mins, any one boy has to accept the order(if one boy accepts the order, other boys cannot accept the same order), else if no one accepted it will be notified restaurant that no delivery boy nearby
10. if the restaurant never accept or the delivery boy never accepts, the order will be automatically canceled, and inform the customer
11. once the restaurant and boy accept then only the customer should pay.
