The Ponto Cell application makes it possible to mark the time and control the workday directly from the cell phone.

About using the application:
– To use this application it is necessary that the user is previously registered by their Human Resources department, as well as the company in which they work needs the authorization of the respective unions, according to Ordinance 373/2011 of the MTE.
About the application's options:
– The options present on the application's homepage are customizable, that is, the HR department of each company is responsible for configuring which options it wants to make available for each group of employees. If any option, which is important, does not appear in the home, you will need to contact your HR to enable it on your device through the system;
About geolocation:
– Geolocation errors are derived from failures to connect the device itself to the network, that is, the geolocation in the application is just information collected from the network;
About the application login:
– The ifPonto Cell application was developed to register the point individually, that is, only 1 registered user per device. For people who have two or more registrations, we recommend registering a point through ifPonto Log;
About app bugs:
– Many bugs are the result of a lack of updates, both the app and the Android operating system of the phone itself, which fix bugs and increase security, just like any other app.
It is very important to keep ifPonto Cell always up to date and check that the device's Android operating system is also up to date.
About password recovery:
– Access password recovery is only possible through direct contact with the company's HR. As it is an application integrated into a larger system, there are security issues that need to be considered, as it is sensitive data that is transiting the network.
This is the reason why password recovery cannot be performed directly by the user.
About Troubleshooting Help:
– We understand that certain issues using the app can lead to frustration, resulting in negative ratings, although most of the time, issues reported in low ratings are not caused by the app. Despite this, we try to understand all the occurrences pointed out by users and we continue to work on improvements in security, interface and practicality to make ifPonto Cell the best and most complete application for time recording.
